Ogival Day Date Diamond Dial Automatic

Ogival has been in existence since 1903 and distribution is now concentrated primarily in SE Asia. The design origins of this watch will be obvious to many and this is in part due to the preferences of SE Asian customers. The specification is superb for the price – a classic design with fit and finish above the likes of Tissot in my opinion. The cut, profile and finish of the case is almost indistinguishable from the Rolex Day Date after which this is styled. Attention to detail is good, for example the seconds hand isn’t stamped, it has the thick semi-circular profile one would expect from more expensive pieces. Recommended!
