Vintage Seiko King Seiko Hi Beat Automatic Non Date

Description:
This is a superb example of the King Seiko (5621-7021) from June 1973. The KS range represented one of the higher specifications from Seiko in what some would call their heyday. This example is in beautiful overall restored condition (with original unrestored dial) and is the aestheticaly pleasing non date version.

Dimensions:
Diameter 35mm excluding crown
Thickness 10mm
Lug width 18mm

Case:
Stainless steel, all polished with brushing to the lug tops
Polished bezel
Mint signed KS winding crown
Correct screw down caseback
Mint condition acrylic crystal
No water resistance implied

Dial:
Silvered fine sunburst dial in mint condition with applied silvered baton indices (black paint to tops)
Polished silvered hands with black stripe to tops of hours and minutes
Some 10x loupe visible spotting to seconds hand and faint hairlines to hour hand

Movement:
High grade Seiko 5621A automatic, 25 jewels, 28,800 bph
Hacking
Manual winding
Adjustment by eccentric screw

Band:
Seiko signed black calf strap with crocodile pattern
NOS condition steel signed KS tang type buckle
