Watcharama trivia!

This page is dedicated to watch trivia - in other words any useful or useless information regarding the watch world. Anything goes on this page - hopefully some of it will be interesting for you!

No more watch trivia?!! Well, perhaps some but as most watch information is repeated and reported all over the internet then I'm not sure it is worthwhile to do so again! Citizen have some very interesting exhibits at Basel, including the Cal E210 Eco Drive Chrono with traditional tri-compax layout and power reserve indicator - click here to see an example at their Basel 2004 web site.

The Basel Watch Fair (Baselworld) is held this year from 15-24 April. Lots going on there no doubt and the official website is BASELWORLD where you can find up to date information.

27 March 2004 - and a Seiko digital quartz chronograph used on Shuttle Mission STS 51-F was sold at auction in New York for the surprisingly reasonable sum of $800.00. This watch was worn by and the property of Karl Henize (now deceased) who was a mission specialist on the flight.
