This is a new old stock Japan market SUS chronograph from 1998. The SUS series featured models with various movements and the styling was rugged/military inspired. In this case the movement is the 7T52 featuring a 12 hour chronograph measuring in 1/100 of a second! Conservatively sized and now very rare, a great all round chronograph for everyday wear.
