Ordering

To order any item please e-mail us stating the item you would like and your preferred methods of payment and shipping. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm that the item is available and give you the necessary payment instructions along with the full payment amount due.

Payment

All payments are made to the UK; payment for any item can be made by the following:

• Bank/Official Cashier's Cheque in US Dollars ($10.00 surcharge for Bank processing fee)
• International Money Order in US Dollars ($10.00 surcharge for Bank processing fee)
• Personal Cheque in GB Pounds drawn on a UK bank only
• Western Union Money Transfer (5% surcharge for currency exchange rate loss)
• Bank wire transfer (US$10 surcharge for bank processing)
• Cash via Registered Mail

Sorry but we CANNOT accept PayPal due to their unpredictable business practices or Postal Money orders

Shipping

All watches are shipped from Thailand unless otherwise specified in the watch description

WE ship by either:

• Registered Air Mail - free worldwide including insurance; transit time is normally 10-14 business days to the USA but this can vary upwards. It is possible for items to take up to 28 days + to arrive in the USA so please be patient, this transit time can also apply to Europe. Can't be tracked online.

OR

• EMS Speedpost - normally an extra US$18.00 to the USA, or GBP15.00 to the UK (US$24.00 to rest of Europe) including insurance; transit time to the USA is normally 3-5 working days excluding any Customs delays. Can be tracked online from the website of the country of destination's postal service if available.

Please note that we do not ship to Indonesia, Malaysia, Russian States or Nigeria unless of course goods are paid for in cash by Registered Airmail.

Descriptions

All watches and other items for sale on this website are described as accurately as possible and to the best of our ability. New watches are described as per factory specification. New watches are new watches, not returns, seconds or refurbished merchandise.

New Old Stock watches and/or vintage watches are described as objectively as possible. There is a degree of subjectivity in watch descriptions but we attempt to be objective and discerning. If a watch has required work or adjustment of any sort then this will be detailed in the description.

Pricing

All prices are currently in US$ and GBP Sterling.

Returns

You may return an item if on receipt it is found to be not that which you ordered or if it is not functioning. Please let us know within 3 days and return the item via an insured method of postage. The item must not have been altered, adjusted, tampered with or any protective stickers/labels removed. We will refund the full amount including shipping provided the item is returned in the condition stated above.

Privacy

Any information we collect from you in order to fulfil an order is retained by us and is never imparted or sold to third parties. This includes name, address and e-mail address(es).

We do not use Cookies to track your usage of this web site.
